RIVA New York is proud to present up-and-coming fashion design duo Fenn and Oliver’s Method Collection.
We are committed to using our platform to highlight other small or ethical business and clothing designers. So when one of us moved across the street from Fenn and Oliver and saw what they were working on, we were thrilled to start our style blog so close to home.
From the Method Collection, the two-piece set we chose to style was handmade and repurposed from an old curtain and up-cycled with some choice paint splatters and hardware. The unfinished edges on the vest and across the pleats in the pants truly take this piece to the next level.
To complement the cool green and handyman vibes, we finished the look with our sterling silver chains with white and green enamel accents. We chose to use two clasp options for the necklace because each clasp highlighted different aspects. It was just too hard to choose one!
The green enamel complemented the bold look while the juxtaposition of the sterling silver gave it a bit of an elegant touch. Combining together the Chelsea and SoHo bracelets gives this hard edged look a sense of softness.
We look forward to working with upcoming brands, and sharing all of the looks we create. Feel free to reach out with any questions and/or requests on who you would like to see us work with. Stay tuned to see our next and a little more practical look.
